Had a quick little 550 mile day ride on Saturday. "Pilot & Index" Peaks in the background.

The next day I ended up with an aggravated shoulder / rotator cuff issue.....putting me out of commision for a while. I used to be able to ride 500+ miles a day no problem.....it sucks getting old!
