Who do you recommend to do custom mods in Diego?

I have a cool little low budget project in an '89 Yamaha FZR 400. I would like to do some modifications to the lighting in the front and rear. This may require some knowhow in the electrical systems category. Can anyone here recommend someone in San Diego? Thanks in advance for any responses.

My idea is to add a Raptor II integrated fairing to the front end (includes turn signals and headlight) and refit the rear with the original tail light and some after market flashers. I may need some sort of extension off the back to hold the license plate and the flashers. The Raptor II is something I stumbled upon on line and it appears that most of the sites that sell it are based in the UK. I hope it is compatible.

Also, for some reason, the brake light is not functioning. I tried two rear lights and neither works when braking so I assume the problem is in the wiring or a fuse. I can secure all the parts if necessary.

Just give me a ballpark price that I won't hold you to and let me know where to bring it to you if you are still interested.
